Service Description

Full day of gymnastics camp. 9:00am-4:00pm. Bring a lunch and 2 snacks and a water bottle. Participants will need socks, and active wear, please tie hair back. A typical day at a gymnastics camp will involve lots of gymnastics instruction every day. Learn cool new skills, increase fitness, strength, power, and flexibility through fun gymnastics-based activities. Participants will experience activities and instruction on vault, floor, bars, and beams. Gymnasts can be new or experienced- skills selection will be modified to suit a gymnast’s level of experience. Early drop off and late pick up is available.
