Learning proper running technique, running drills, long and short distance running. Long jump, triple jump, high jump and strength training for pole vault. Work on upper body, range of motion and strength for throwing events: ball throw, javelin, discus and shot put. Learning and practicing to pass the baton for relay races. Age 7+ years old. This class is Saturday from 12:30 - 1:30 pm
