Introduction to fundamentals, fitness, fun, positions and safety. Will work on warmup, vault, bars, beam, floor, and physical prep. Will receive a report card with all skills tested throughout the session. Ages 6 and up This class is 1 hour long and takes place Friday from 6:05 - 7:05pm
